Distribution Services is tasked with providing the main end-user support for Citi-San Antonio and
Financial Centers from problem solving, computer hardware, software, quality assurance, end-user
testing, overseeing site projects to facilities support. Distribution Services is comprised of the
following units:
Site Support & Implementation
Site Support and Implementation is responsible for the management and implementation of key business
objectives which impact the business. Employees are responsible for project life cycles and timing
of assigned projects.
CitiHelp
CitiHelp is an internal help desk that supports the San Antonio and Financial Centers' staff. Employee
duties include providing guidance and direction on operational, client service, sales, system and
equipment related issues. Associates also provide first line maintenance support on desktop and
application related issues.
Corporate Realty Services
Corporate Realty Services (CRS) provides support services to all businesses and their employees.
Associates within CRS are dedicated to providing employees with workspaces that are safe, healthy,
productive and ergonomically sensible at levels of cost and customer satisfaction.
Unit Acceptance Testing
The Unit Acceptance Testing Lab (UAT) is responsible for ensuring that software destined for production
is error free and functions as designed. Employees are tasked with ensuring that each application is
put through a strenuous battery of test scripts to validate new functionality as well as to ensure that
current production functionality is not effected.
Citicorp Technology Infrastructure (CTI)
CTI is a corporate technology support organization responsible for voice systems, local area networks,
wide area networks, PC support, internet access and email systems. Employees in San Antonio are
responsible for site network operations ranging from trouble support and move to add and change activity.
